ALEXANDRIA, VA September 30, 2010 – The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has awarded Kingfisher Systems Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB), a $13.1 million support services contract. The contract calls for Kingfisher to support Headquarters (HQ) ATF in a five-year program to develop and sustain Customer Business Needs (CBN) documents to serve as the foundation for mission-oriented technology management, technology insertion, budget management, Capital Planning Investment Program, and strategy to performance to budget synchronization. The contract includes requirements for business process improvement, information assurance, acquisition planning, Enterprise Architecture Analysis and Planning, and strategic planning.
