As Director Emeritus, he participates in all areas of strategic planning and corporate development. He provides advice, counsel, and guidance to Kingfisher senior leadership. Prior to founding Kingfisher, he had a 20-year career in developing and managing Government contracts supporting the Department of Defense and the other Federal agencies in the Intelligence Community. He held Government and corporate positions at companies such as Gray Hawk Systems, U.S. House of Representatives, and Betac Corporation. He served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force as an aircrew navigator and staff officer at the U.S. Air Force Headquarters, as well as serving in the Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Mr. Swick received a Masters of Arts in Management Information Systems from George Washington University, a Masters of Science in Political Science from Auburn University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
