The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) awarded the Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) contract to Kingfisher Systems, Inc. Kingfisher’s teammates include 2HB Inc, Bravo Consulting Group, Cognosante, Cyber Safari LLC, FireEye, LMI, Parsons, SIXGEN, and WESSGRP.
The multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) SITE III contract vehicle has five base years and five option years with a value up to $12.6 billion. SITE III is the third in a series of enterprise Information Technology (IT) IDIQ vehicles designed to provide IT and technical support services to the DIA and the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.
The SITE III IDIQ supports both classified and unclassified intelligence programs. DIA created SITE III as a flexible, adaptive, responsive, and timely end-user solution with streamlined acquisitions. Lifecycle support services include business process reengineering and development; performance metrics; infrastructure development and sustainment; application development and sustainment; enterprise activities and services; the support of core functions; cybersecurity services; and the creation, maintenance, and update of supply chain risk management policies.
