Mr. Roy L. Reed, Jr., a founder and current Chief Executive Officer of Kingfisher Systems, Inc. announces the promotion of Mr. C. Damon Hecker to President. Mr. Hecker’s influence on new business engagement, managerial procedures, program management, and corporate strategy has resulted in multiple promotions within Kingfisher, having most recently served as Executive Vice President. Now in his 13th year with Kingfisher, Mr. Hecker will continue to represent and influence the Company in his new role as President. In this new role, Kingfisher will remain the beneficiary of Mr. Hecker’s sound leadership and strategic expertise as demonstrated across a number of positions he has held with the company since 2007, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer.
Prior to joining Kingfisher, Mr. Hecker served as a dedicated Active Duty and Reserve Air Force member and as a Civilian Employee within the Department of Defense . As President, Mr. Hecker is responsible for all operational activities within Kingfisher, including business development, customer engagement, and achieving corporate strategic goals. Mr. Hecker also serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors and will continue this role in his new position.
