- Structured Deliverable Review: All work papers are subjected to continual peer review (i.e., during team meetings) by the mainline and/or auxiliary specialists supporting task orders to cross-check efforts for consistency and reasonableness.
- Customer Satisfaction Review: Kingfisher Systems, Inc. Team emphasizes total client satisfaction as a most have, crucial measure of quality workmanship and project success. Program/Project Managers conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and solicit written responses on a user-friendly evaluation forms.
