On September 28th, 2018 the United States (U.S.) Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), in coordination with the Army Contracting Command, Rock Island (ACC-RI), awarded the third iteration of the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions Services (ITES-3S) prime contract position to Kingfisher Systems, Inc.

The multiple award ITES-3S Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle has five base years and four option years, and is valued at up to $12.1 billion. The overall objective of ITES-3S is to provide industry best practice, best value, non-personal services to enable a broad range of enterprise-level support services for Information Technology (IT) integration and service management activities to the U.S. Army, other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and all other Federal agencies with locations worldwide, including warzone areas.
The ITES-3S scope includes a full range of services and solutions necessary for the U.S. Army to satisfy its support of the Army Enterprise infostructure and infrastructure goals with IT services, including Cybersecurity Services; Information Technology Services; Enterprise Design, Integration, and Consolidation; Network/Systems Operation and Maintenance; Telecommunications/Systems Operations and Maintenance; Business Process Reengineering; Information Technology Supply Chain Management; Information Technology Education and Training.
