SeaPort-e is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract designed for Task Orders issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, DTRA, and the U.S. Marine Corps. Kingfisher was awarded a prime contract for Seaport Zones 1-7.

The Kingfisher Systems, Inc. Team’s systematic approach to quality assurance is presented below:

  • Quality Management Review:  Provides executive level visibility over ongoing projects and corporate assistance when necessary.
  • Structured Deliverable Review:  All work papers are subjected to continual peer review (i.e., during team meetings) by the mainline and/or auxiliary specialists supporting task orders to cross-check efforts for consistency and reasonableness.
  • Customer Satisfaction Review:  Kingfisher Systems, Inc. Team emphasizes total client satisfaction as a most have, crucial measure of quality workmanship and project success.  Program/Project Managers conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and solicit written responses on a user-friendly evaluation forms.
